Yoga helps us bridge the gap between mind, body and spirit and brings us back into alignment with our authentic selves.
I was initially drawn to yoga over a decade ago for the physical benefits the practice offered. After my dad passed away in 2011, I was looking for something to help me calm my mind and ease my stress.
Little did I know that yoga would be the gateway to my self-discovery and spiritual journey. The practice is so much more to me than just the physical aspects. It is a tool to help you uncover different layers of yourself and reach the core of your true being and inner light.

I have completed my 200-hr yoga teacher training at 889 Community led by Jodi Fichstein and Audrey Gentile. I have also taken 200+ hours of training through YogaRenew and completed my 100-hr meditation teacher training through Kula Yoga Studio with Nanda Yogini.
To me yoga is not about perfection or how many advanced postures you can do. It is about taking time out of your day to reconnect with yourself and move your body.
As your guide, my intention is to meet you where you are at in your practice and make yoga accessible for everyone. I invite you to open your heart to discover your inner yogi with me and explore the possibilities yoga has to offer!
